I stayed at The Residence Inn recently and was thoroughly impressed by the hotel and its staff. The ambiance was welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The food was delicious, especially the salmon, mashed potatoes, and brussel sprouts. My meal was perfectly seasoned, and the passionfruit margarita was mixed to perfection, adding a delightful touch to the dining experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend The Residence Inn for its impeccable service and culinary delights.

I had the privilege of meeting Essence. She is truly a great person to represent Marriott. I told her that she’s famous cause I read her name in most of the positive reviews from Google and other platforms. The hotel had free breakfast which was great for my family and the location is perfectly located to most of all the places you would need. However the room was not thoroughly clean as we had a few group of hair that were collected over time. The kitchen was nicely equipped and clean. There was one day out of our 3 nights stay that we were told hot water would not be able. It was ok since the hours were from 10pm-6am. We just make a few adjustments to our schedule that night. Other than that the staff are very friendly & hotel has a nice security in places. My family and I would definitely go back when we plan another DC trip.

Love the suite room. Has all the conveniences you need. The dining service was very poor in the evening. Morning service was great. Our room was not cleaned or serviced after our first night of stay so we did not have any coffee pods or fresh towels, bed was not made etc.

The size of kitchen was great. It makes it feel like an apartment. We did not cook but used fridge and utensils and it was great to have a second sink. Ordered a pizza land had a great place to eat it. It made the experience so much better

Me and Co workers had this dream weekend to see the cherry Blossom bloom, it had slready happened by the time we reached DC. Bit this hotel is just perfect from staff to accommodation, easy Metro by 5-7 mnt walk. It was safe for us at all times day and night. I give it a 5 star, breakfast included and it is amazing. Would recommend 100 percent

Hotel staff was very attentive but parking is by far really rude subcontractors. We bought the parking package in advance and they did not want take our car in when we arrived bc they said parking was full. We had to go talk to the hotel manager inside who then instructed the parking crew that we had the package -- I guess they didn't believe us.. we also got the late check out package and was told it included late check out parking. Again, the parking crew was extremely rude, and wanted us to pay extra...

During check-in process we have been recommended in-room food service which we decided to try. The quality of food was way below expectations for a very high price. We basically were left without dinner that night. We brought it up during our checkout time but didn’t really get any resolution on this. Money were taken for nothing.

The property was good. We reached the hotel 3hrs earlier than the advertised checkin time but we were allowed to checkin without any question, great! there were some mess up in the checkin Process though, Booked suite but was allocated with studio. Had to come down to the reception to change the room. It is ok to make mistakes but there should have been a sorry or some kind of realization of the mistake but there was no such sign from the person who was taking care of checkin.

Our room was nice overall. We weren't able to close the main blind in the kitchen, reported it to the front desk, but nothing was done. So, great big window in the kitchen with no privacy during our 4 night stay.
