Great place to stay. Staff was great. The only thing was I was charged at check out for room cleaning and incidentals. I don’t mind paying for room cleaning but the little things like shampoo, toothbrush and etc…. I thought was free. I feel bad because I didn’t know this was considered incidentals and denied using any incidentals and the charge was removed. (I thought it only pertained to the mini bar). The next hotel stay is where I understood what incidentals involved. I’m so sorry for not understanding. I would stay there again. Supermarket in the basement was great and what we missed at the next hotel stay.

Very large and modern hotel in a clean and attractive area of town, though a bit removed from the closest subway station which is Shinjuku. It’s a nice walk to get to the station though, mostly through a clean underground corridor with the entrance a 10-minute (or less) walk from the hotel’s main entrance. From this huge station, all of Tokyo is within reach.
