If you want to be in the heart of the intense Shinjuku action, this hotel is the nicest and cleanest one by far. It appears to be recently built - it almost looks out of place in the neighborhood it’s so new. The staff were very polite and accommodating and the rates were reasonable. Shinjuku can be extremely busy with nightlife activities so take that into consideration when staying in these areas.

The Staff were extremely helpful in everything. The hotel was within walking distance to the train and to many other food spots. Would definitely recommend and I would come back

The property itself is nice, clean and met my expectations. The area is a red light district so not ideal for me and my family. The area still felt safe since there were so many tourists. There is a 711 on the ground floor which is convenient, but there were homeless people hanging out right oustide. They didn’t bother anyone from what I saw. My daughter and I shared the 2 person room which fit us and our 2 carry on luggage just fine, but when we bought a large luggage to hold all our purchases/souvenirs, it pretty much took up all our floor space.

Helpful and friendly staff, convienient location close to Suidoubashi and Iidabashi Stations, plenty of convenience stores nearby.
