"Rooms are clean and the staff cleans the rooms very day well every day. Rooms inside the building have window to a construction shaft that vertically crosses the entire house, so there is no daylight and no air. Rooms with normal windows to the street are OK. "This is the second time in this hotel, and I can clearly notice the decline in services. I had a suite this time but I noticed dust at the bathroom floor, no hot water, plus I had to wait for 25 minutes to check in because the guy at the reception wasn’t aware of what to do with online booking!"
