We chose to stay here due to its proximity to R.A.H. The check-in was easy and the receptionist friendly. Not overally welcoming but friendly. Room was very basic and dated. Windows dont open properly. Bed was large enough but matraces were cheap and old. Pillows hard rock and very uncomfortable. We had evening drinks at the bar and they were good quality and reasonably priced. Having had a discount for our stay, the price was just short of reasonable for the room but paying the full price would have left us very dissapointed. Will consider for future stays if visting RAH.

The apartment here was perfectly sized for our family Including all the necessities and plenty of space. Great shower and bath Good sized living and dinish areas

Staff v friendly and helpful. The Nest (rooftop bar) is well worth booking. Room was a decent size. Great, quirky decor in the hotel. Excellent stay

Wonderful hotel. Elizabeth line from Heathrow to Bond Street was seamless both ways. Quiet spacious room (for London that is). Very clean. Excellent breakfast and a nice ground level bar perfect for relaxing. Will stay here next time.
