The hotel was very nice and up to date. Our room had a balcony with a partial lake view. It was close to town where many dining options are available right on the water. Lovely place and would return there for sure!

Very convenient location by the boat departure, restaurant and easy parking. Not crowded as in Stresa.
Hotel staff very friendly, clean room, nice view of the lake from the room, and great breakfast.
Only issues were A/C not available while it was quite hot (~32 dec C) and bed mattress pretty stiff.
The experience was very pleasant overall.

"Super hôtel avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. Le spa est le et le bain de vapeur est fantastique. La chambre etait confortable avec un balcon. Petit déjeuner délicieux. Parking gratuit."

An excellent hotel
"Our stay was amazing, the service was excellent as well as the spa facilities . Food was superb and Christina gave us a great service at the restaurant . The chef Joseph is a master ! The only thins that can be improved (1) to heat the jacuzzi in the indoor pool as it’s too cold (2) to add weights ..."
