We didn't get offered a room upgrade as Expedia VIP status, which was expected.
The hotel was good, but not as good as previous visits.
We tried to watch the music in the bar area, but this was spoiled by small children running around unsupervised. The hotel management should have stopped this, as it ruined the evening.

The property did not update on the check-in process, so this was a problem when giving directions to the taxi driver. The unit we had, however, was functional and clean, with a gorgeous view. The property itself is beautiful!

"The Hotel is located in a perfect place. Meters to the old city, and on the sea. Access tot he sea is just meters down from the Hotel. The service was excellent and the commitment to give us a great moment was remarkable."

"All inclusive adults only feature was great! No kids so it was quiet. Free food and drinks and select alcoholic beverages. View from our swim up pool was amazing! However our pool was full of mildew and mold. We were celebrating our anniversary so I booked the couples soirée which included dinner ..."
