The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms could have been a little better, it is quite noisy at night. But overall it was a comfortable stay!

The staff at Baglioni Regina was excellent! It was my bf’s birthday and they upgraded our room and even brought us champagne and cookies. We landed at 7am in Italy and even got to check in before noon. The hotel itself is very clean and next to a lot of restaurants!
