Smooth check in and out. Bottles of water provided at front desk upon check in. Staff made me feel welcome.
Great view from my room. Room is spacious, so as bathroom and closet. So clean!
Only one restaurant which is Ok. Small cafe was already closed by the time our time spend in hotel. Eating Choice inside hotel is limited but many other choices around the hotel.
Less then 10mins walk from Grand Central, which is an easy transport from JFK by LIRR and AirTran.
I will stay here again.

I like the decoration of the property. it has history of the life magazine. I like the combination of the brass and hard wood floors. There's still work to do. The lounge is nice but not finished. Looking forward for it to have the bar and dining open.

Staff are extremely friendly and are helpful. Every staff member says hello and ask if there is anything we need help with.
Coming in they took our bags for us at thestreet and on the way out they asked if we wanted them toget us a taxi or call for one.
Hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable.
Room wasexcellent.
Elevatorsare fast
We loved the rainfall shower.
There is even an Alexa inthe room for questions.
Overall I would stay here everytime.

"Our stay was for 2 days we chose that hotel because it was pet friendly the rooms were ok I stayed in nicer hotels. The continental breakfast was average the sausages looked boiled etc not pleasant seen better"
