The hotel was perfectly adequate for our requirements, as an overnight stay for a big gig at the Principality Stadium. Our main concern was that the hotel appeared under-staffed. The staff we met were as helpful as they could be, but were trying to manage reception and the bar at a busy check-in time.

Really beautiful hotel close to everything. It has a lovely little seating area with an honor bar and coffee, tea and snacks. Rooms were spacious and well appointed.

Stayed in the cottage. Beds were atrocious. Springs could be felt right through the mattress. Shocking really. Very pleasant otherwise, but the shoddy beds ruined the experience. I’m not a complainer, but this was unacceptable.

Staff were so helpful and happy in their work. the level of service was excellent and friendly

"Excellent stay for our first time. It was our anniversary and the card in the room wishing us a happy anniversary and the macarons were a lovely touch. Beautiful food in the restaurant. Again lovely touch by our waitress providing me and my wife a free prosecco cocktail and at the end of our meal ..."
