Cosy and luxurious accommodation, the staff are extremely hospitable and caring, plenty of attention to detail. We felt very at home - it was a relaxing vacation indeed with a lot of sights & sounds to take in while strolling along the Bosphorus.

Our particular room was very small and the smell of sewage was constant and very strong. Something needs to be done about this for obvious health reasons.

"The staff was amazing and we had comfort after we changed to a bigger room with balcony. We didn’t like that the hotel doesn’t have a parking and the breakfast wasn’t as we expected. Overall was good but the place has the potential to improve."
