The air conditioning in the room didn't work. The management informed us the air conditioning system was working from 12pm to 2am only during the night shift. This was surely a bad experience. I have paid for a facility with air conditioning and that condition was not full filled.
The gym needs full renovation - it's a messy place and kids under 16yo coming into the premisses despite announcement at the main entrance. Old and dirty equipment.
Various lounge chairs are broken and need to be replaced.
Food variety was good.

"Nice hotel with great views (front rooms). Clean comfortable, polite staff English speaking and good location. This shining star though is the restaurant on top floor with adjoining bar. Great asset. Nice menu,good value, friendly attentive staff and wonderful views."
