Hello, Michelle! We apologize for that experience. Our Hotel does not have a front desk, we have a contactless check-in process in which we require digital submission of the standard documents that you provide when you check into a hotel, like ID and a credit card for hotel incidentals. We also send an email with you room information, parking map, and your room key-code. Every process is contactless. However, we have a front desk agent every day from 1 pm to 5 pm to answer phone calls, emails and questions in case guests need assistance. We are not sure why this situation happened the day you stayed but we are really sorry for the inconvenience, and we if you stay with us again we are going to make sure that your experience is way more enjoyable!

We are very sorry that you were not happy with the room that you booked here on Expedia, Beverly. You reserved The Boat Room, which is our super economy room that is tailored to fit single travelers on a really tight budget. This room is listed for about 100, so your amenities are less comfortable than our other 6 rooms that list between 200-300. This room is very small as as stated in the listing, and it has an all-in-one toilet, shower, sink, in one area, just like a boat cabin, hence the name, The Boat Room. The pictures listed on Expedia clearly show the room set up mentioned here. Because you were likely confused on what room you were getting when you booked online, we refunded you in full, which was as a courtesy and not listed our policy. Let's make this clear to all the readers, you did not stay in the room, you left shortly after you arrival, and we refunded you in full. If I can lend some advise, next time you book on a 3rd party website, you might want to make sure that you are booking a room that fits your needs. Just quickly booking the cheapest option you can find without doing some research on the hotel and room you are booking, might end in a disappointing result. The next hotel you book may not be as kind as us and may not refund you. Best of luck in all your future travels, Beverly.

We are sorry that our hotel was not a good fit for you, Ginat. We greatly value and appreciate Expedia and their our partnership, but their platform doesn't always showcase the identity of the listed hotels. Next time, I recommend that you do some extra research to get a good feel for the hotel you are going to book. Go to the hotel website, so you can understand the brand and the see the offered amenities in the room you are reserving. John, I'm very sorry your experience was negative, but you have left out some very important info here. You made a mistake and booked the wrong date. As a courtesy, we said we would agree to a refund, even though it was your error, but you needed to contact Expedia direct to cancel. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the reservation made directly with Expedia. We did not receive cancellation notification from Expedia, and we did not receive a message or email from them. Not sure what happened on that end, but we were more than willing to help out. And please note that since you paid Expedia directly, they would be issuing your refund, not our hotel.

Hello Emelinda, We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience at our Hotel. Most of our guests enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant and appreciate the 2 FREE drinks cards that we provide. Regarding the small room, you chose our economical room which is the cheapest and smallest room we have. We are sorry that you had issues with the apple TV and will look into this problem.
