Description

Friendly, convivial Copenhagen has a reputation for being one of the happiest cities in the world. Take in the charming sights of the Danish capital and swap smiles with cheerful locals as you travel around town on a double-decker bus and cruise along the main canal by boat.

Hop aboard at the stop of your choice to begin exploring Denmark’s sunny, canal-filled capital. Hop off at the towering Rosenborg Castle. Originally a summer home, the stunning stone structure houses a variety of Danish artefacts, including the sparkling Crown Jewels. Head to the Black Diamond – the city’s Royal Library – and marvel at its modern architecture. Visit the National Gallery to admire the world-class art collection or stroll along Nyhavn's scenic 17th-century waterfront.

Discover the city sights from a different perspective aboard a scenic boat tour. Ponder the fable behind the Little Mermaid statue – author Hans Christian Andersen called the city home – and cruise by the colourful façades of townhouses along the water's edge. Hop on and off as you like, to walk by cobbled squares, buzzing cafés and historic landmarks.

Great way to visit Copenhagen. Drivers were all really nice. The boat tour was awesome, really worth it! Some drivers explain the next stop better than others. The last bus tour of the day was a little confusing... maybe it should be explained in the pamphlet.

Just great! We took two line - the Classic and the Colourful. Boat to come! Copenhagen is a beautiful city, easy to get around. Hop on, Hop off was an excellent orientation with good audio sets in numerous languages which were informative. Wait times on the Classic line were short, much too long on the Colourful. Well done!!

Boat tour was very nice. Bus tour was miserable given how crowded the bus was. You need to increase the number of buses and keep track of the number of people on board. I was sitting down with people standing surrounding me from all sides and barely able to breathe. I felt like being in a rush hour bus in a busy city.
