“Overall, the stay was enjoyable—beds were very comfortable, rooms were spacious, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Definitely ticked the boxes for comfort. However, a few things could be improved. There wasn’t a good range of late-night snacks, and nothing could be ordered after 9pm. No mini bar or cold water provided in the rooms either, which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast couldn’t be ordered to the room, which was surprising. “Loved the location re Eastland shopping centre. Disappointed again with 'stench' in carpark entry to hotel. Quite off-putting. Problem was explained and actions being undertaken to rectiify problem - long term and short term. Recommend stronger air fresheners or similar be implememted to mask stench in interim. Current measures are not working well enough.”

“A truly peaceful and spacious retreat when there were no conference bookings. Quiet and isolated but within reasonable range of towns and services. Good Basic accommodation and friendly staff. ”
