"Broken air conditioner, thus wet clothes the next morning heading out on our bikes. Very limited open hours, closed 4pm, couldn’t get help. A lot of dirt floating around in the pool. Otherwise a good stay."

Overall I had a pleasant stay
"I had a good stay on the upper floors but heard the trains passing by. I’m not a light sleeper so not disturbed by it, but it might be time to invest in better sound-proof windows. Also, Internet costed extra after day 1 and the bath tubs are quite small. Overall I had a pleasant stay."

Great location bad service
"The location was great also the room
The service was very very bad in the restaurants and bars
The food was ok but not special as you expect in 5 star hotel
The service regarding house keeping and cleaning was bad they forgot to clean our room and we had to call them
They do not live up to the 5 stars
We have informed the management but no answer .., "

"Stayed in one of the top floor rooms with a breathtaking view of daring harbour. Classic high end hotel furniture and room style.
However the restaurant/bar area could use a bit of work. Not very good value for breakfast and the bar are is run down when you scratch the surface. Paintings hanging in different heights and bar service in the bar. Doors of bathroom needs paint and some love. "
