Extraordinary!
Amazing place with beautiful and relaxing surroundings! Our teenage twins enjoyed it as well. Mostly a young staff who were very helpful in every way. Thx to Shannon and the rest! Recommended!! 👍

Under den fina fasaden var servicen under all kritik vi uppgraderade till ett privilige rum men fick inget av det som ingick i uppgraderingen. Personalen var otränad och hade ingen service minded inställning. Mycket bra var dock läget för en dag i lungan o ro.

Väldigt fräscha rum, god mat på kvällen, mysig pub och väldigt fin frukost. Sämre var spa-avdelningen, man får gå utanför huvudbyggnaden samt att det var högljutt i simavdelningen.

Hotellet var supertrevligt. Frukosten höll god kvalitet, rummet fräscht och sängarna sköna. Poolen var ett stort plus även om det var lite svårt att hitta den då det saknades skyltning och utgången till poolen (som ligger i en separat byggnad) var markerad som nödutgång. Det är en bit in till centrum men det står ju klart och tydligt och personalen är väldigt tillmötesgående och hjälper hjärna till med taxi. Allt som allt så är hotellet härligt och omgivningen mycket fin och rogivande.

Rymligt rum o fint badrum. Omgivning lantligt idyllisk. Frukostbuffé med allt. Trevlig hjälpsam personal. Slottslik inredning. Härligt spa med pool, bubbelpool o bastu ingick. 👍

Kungligt!
Mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal, stort fräscht rum med otroligt skön säng, fina omgivningar, god frukost. Vi stannade bara en natt, önskar det hade varit betydligt fler. Fantastiskt ställe! Enda nackdelen är att det är så stort att det blir lite opersonligt.

Extremt fräscht och bekvämt hotell. Nyrenoverat, varav vi troligen var de första gästerna i rummet. Rummet hade allt man kan önska sig med svenska mått mätt. Bekväm säng där vi fick en god natts sömn. Bra med roomservice. Superbra frukostbuffé med allt man kan tänka sig (allt var inkluderat i priset).

fantastisk service, frukosten underbar, jag kände mig verkligen uppassad. professionell personal, som hjälpte till med allt vi behövde. allra bäst var den underbara miljön, närheten till naturen och vilket vackert landskap. saken blev inte sämre av att solen lyste på oss alla fyra dagarna.

Vi var en grupp på 13 pax. Dålig meny vid middagen. Antalet rätter var begränsat. Orutinerad personal. De ville att jag skulle skriva under dryckesnoter mitt i middagen. Inget bröd serverades. Maten bra. Baren bra. Underbar miljö.

The grounds and the staff were great. The bed was super comfortable and the room appeared to be as well. That is, until it I learned that there was no aircon and they did not have fans. This left me with the option to open the windows the tiny bit they can be opened to cool the room. Unfortunately, this meant a million bugs since there is no netting on the windows. I ultimately had to close the windows, kill as many bugs as I could, and then spend the night alternating between slapping bugs off myself and melting under covers.

Attended a wedding at ardoe house also spent the night, the facilities are clean, the rooms are big, clean with a firm comfy bed, only bad part about the wedding was the price of drinks most people attending the wedding also complained about the prices. breakfast was great, staff were friendly and eager to help out guests. abit out of the way from aberdeen

The hotel is gorgeous and the grounds are peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed visiting the highland cows in the pasture. The photographs in the hotel were artsy and unique, taken of the hotel and animals. What a personal touch! We tried the on site restaurant, but enjoyed other local ones nearby better for lower costs. The beds were comfortable and we thought our stay was great for a reasonable price. Thank you!

My Fave Hotel
Was a shame the jacuzzi was too high on chlorine the 2nd & 3rd day as we only got 1 shot on our arrival day. Sausages at breakfast were really bad so i think you need to change brand. Apart from this, its my favourite hotel to go & relax especially as i had been ill before ny trip & was in recovery.

Comfy place to stay.
The rooms are well appointed, clean, spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms are similarly well appointed. Tea and coffee facilities and a small fridge in each room. Plenty of parking. Never had the opportunity to use the spa so can’t comment on that. Sad to say the last two stays the breakfast left a lot to be improved upon which I have fed back to the staff so it’s not keyboard warrior time. Will stay again but go elsewhere for breakfast.

It was good....
Nice rooms, comfortable bed, we had a privilege room and the sofa was very uncomfortable, there was also only one chair to eat at the table (we had room service). Bath was a bit grubby but besides that everything was clean and tidy. We didn't have a hairdryer in our room and the main light didn't work for most of the night. We had breakfast, it was tasty, however it was a buffet, I didn't expect that for a 4*. Food was cold. We used the leisure facilities, they were really good. There was a big event in the room and we didn't hear anything so we had a nice peaceful night.

Great Hotel for family
Stayed for 2 nights with our 6 month old child. Hotel Staff were very helpful and we very with the hotel in general. The only fault is the carpets could be updated

Unfortunately my daughter nearly got badly scalded as the hot water in the shower went so hot & you couldn’t turn it down! There was hot water coming out the cold taps! The receptionist wasn’t really interested when we complained.

Standards have slipped.
Stayed here a few times and was to say this one wasn’t as enjoyable as previous stays. Had a couple of issues which I raised at the time with the staff so this isn’t a keyboard warrior review. Was put in an accessible room which was ok. Issue with the shower in the wet room over flowing into the whole of the bathroom and out into the bedroom. Told the receptionist as I left for the morning asked the evening receptionist on my return was told it was fixed. Lo and behold the following morning the shower overflow was worse. Breakfast wasn’t good on either day I stayed as I said stayed here previously and probably will again next month hoping the standards of service and quality of breakfast improves.
