The staff was quite unprofessional. The hotel provided a variety of meal choices while there were many guest lodging there. But, as the guest numbers decreased, they offered very to no meals at that point. You can not order any food or drinks after 8:00 p.m. Additionally, they do not provide washcloths or hand towels, only towels to clean yourselves up with. You're on your own clearly. Upon checking out, we received a bill statement reflecting charges that we were not responsible for. On the days that we received room service, the staff who delivered the food was PAID in hand before they left our room door and instead of turning the money over to the manager in the front office, they pocketed it for themselves for several days and we were stuck paying the room service fees all over again. Very disappointing to say the least.

Dear Dr Nekeshia, firstly we appreciate your feedback on the service you experienced. It is a real shame that we did not meet your expectations. We should have asked you if you needed any additional supplies (washcloth), but we usually provide hand towels, it must have been an oversight, we do apologise. Our kitchen closes at 8pm for meals only, but the bar is open till midnight. In as much as we value your patronage, we also had to investigate all your claims, and found some of them untrue. The bill you received was accurate and no staff of ours took money from you without handing it over. We have reviewed all evidences available including CCTV footages. We are well aware also of some of the difficulties our staff faced while serving you, because these were documented first hand. If you are still in doubt or unsettled we are happy to provide you a vivid recount of the said events, we just did not think this the appropriate platform to do so. But ultimately, it is still your call, and we are at your service.Thank you, and best regards.

I enjoyed my stay at La Tua. the staff was extremely kind and professional. My only issue was that your credit card reader never worked. I stayed at the Villa on two occasions and each time I was told that there was a problem with It. Please remove the "pay by Visa/Mastercard" if the device is not working. Other than that I had a wonderful stay.

Superb! Everything is just on point so much that I don’t want to leave. Excellent customer service, loved the willingness to assist especially from the manager Cassy. Food was good I’m definitely ordering a few packs home for the rest of the weekend. We’ll definitely make coming here a regular. Pure hideout.

It was ok though i couldn't use the pool due to outsiders
It was clean but hated the fact that i couldn't use the pool due to the influx of non residents who filled the pool throughout my stay.

NOT good. Horrible roads leading to the hotel but that's not unusual for Ghana-just beware that Uber and Bolt won't pick up at this location so you are left using a taxi called on by the hotel. Day 2 I'm sitting in my room on my laptop and hear someone letting themselves in the room-no knock. The young man from reception opens the door and says he's there to spray the room. I'm assuming it's maybe bug spray, but no. It's a can of Glade air freshener. Well fast forward to the next day when my AC stopped cooling. I call the same young man up from reception to show him that it's blowing but not cooling and he insists that it's ok and not broken. I advise him that I disagree and when I return we'll see that it's broken. I get back as he's leaving and guess what?? The room is hot and stinky. Smells like sewage/death. You would think that since there had been a complaint, he would have checked on the ac in the hours that I was away, verified the issue, and initiated a fix before I returned-but NO!!!! There were 2 young men in the reception area who I didn't recognize as employees but I didn't care because I needed help so I just took a chance and asked for help. One came up and said he would flip the breaker..long story short-that didn't work and I had to suffer all night in a hot funky room. There were also some droppings on the floor which might have been the source for the odor. Housekeeping didn't come once in my 3day staybut the guy with Glade did. Make that make sense.

This is very unfortunate as the room which was given to you was scheduled to be worked on due to a couple of challenges it had at the time. Housekeepers were on the lookout for the “clean my room” tag to be hang on your door handle as is the norm. We’re once again sorry for your bad experience and assure you a pleasant one on your next stay.
