“We were very warmly welcomed at the Chateau by the friendly staff who kindly carried our cases up the winding stairs to a very comfortable spacious room. Despite the age of the Chateau the room had all the 'mod-cons' one hopes for these days. The bathroom had both a lovely outsized bath and a separate rain shower with good water pressure and modern fittings. The bed was a large king size with very comfortable mattress and pillows. There was also plenty of storage for clothes if we needed...

“On the plus side, they have very friendly staff, nice main building and ok (not great) breakfast. Possibility to lend tennis rackets was a plus as well. We stayed in the smaller building next to the Château, and it was very(!) hot. Although an outside temperature of ca 14 degrees during the night, we had around 25 degrees in our room; even though the window was open all night and a fan was on constantly.”
