Familjeresa
Stor och välutrustad lägenhet med två sovrum och två toaletter. Bra balkong. Badrum har ingen ventilation vilket är ett stort minus och hela badrummet immar igen när man duschar.

Nice resort in Carvoeiro
We spent one week at Monte Santo resort in a spacious townhouse and we are more than satisfied. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The shared pool nearby was just perfect for us, travelling with our kids, 17 and 21. Carvoiero is a nice, neat little city with many restaurants. We would love to come back.

Bedrövligt osäkert wi-fi , som ständigt hoppar ur, och inte funkar alls vid poolen. # Grinig manager , sedan han artigt delgivits ngt negativ feedback, som han själv efterfrågat. # Annars var vi mkt nöjda !

Underbart boende.
Mycket fin vistelse. Enda anmärkningen var att vi hade bokat fyra nätter i en luxuary svit och man missade detta. Då jag första kvällen frågade om vad som skilde luxuary från ordinary uppdagades misstaget och efterföljande dag kunde vi byta till ett boende i huvudbyggnaden med en fantastisk balkong. Någon kompensation för det begångna felet togs aldrig upp och jag insisterade heller inte, men förvånades över att man inte erbjöd något. I övrigt en mycket positiv upplevelse med bekvämt rum, pentry, två badrum, vardagsrum och en balkong med såväl solsäng som sittgrupp. Perfekt läge för golf. En plats att återkomma till.

Fantastiskt lägenhetshotell
Mycket bekvämt lägenhetshotell. Vi var där för att spela golf i januari. För icke golfare kan det nog upplevas som lite ödsligt och ensamt på vintern. En förutsättning är att man har bil.

Det enda som var ett"problem " var att det var långa väntetider när man skulle ha en taxi ! Fick vänta en halvtimme drygt innan taxis kom som vi beställde vilket dock INTE är hotellets fel. Samma visa när man skulle åka hem från byns centrum på kvällen. Förutom detta var allt i det närmaste perfekt. Vad man kan tänka på i övrigt är att det är en bit från havet om man vill gå dit

Endroit tranquille malgré le fait que ça soit très familial. Déjeuner inclus excellent. L’appartement qui nous avait été assigné était bien situé par rapport à la piscine. Localisation centrale par rapport aux activités environnantes de la région. Nécessite des déplacements en voiture.

This is a nice property that is convenient for families that want an apartment and kitchen but some of the hotel facilities issue we had was with the check-in team. They were not helpful at all and even though there were properties available as it was not fully occupied we had to wait until 4 o’clock to get our room on our first day even though we arrived at 11 am we were offered anywhere to change which was not ideal with children after a flight. Breakfast staff are friendly. Housekeeping was a bit hidden miss sometimes shower gel and towels would be replaced and sometimes not. We had an issue with our dryer, which was the only option to dry clothes after they had been washed. We did report this but it was not fixed.

The 2 bedroom unit was well laid out. The cleaning staff were excellent. Great Pool and reasonably good gym. About a 20 min walk (5 min drive) to the seaside town of Carvoeiro where a number of good restaurants are located

The breakfast was really good with lots of options such as fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals and coffee. The gym was good however it only opened at 9am which wasn't convenient if wanting to do exercise in the morning before breakfast as breakfast buffet closed at 10am. We stayed in a suite and it was really spacious with a nice outdoor area.

The room (luxury suite) has a big balcony with a sun bed and umbrella, and table for eating. The living room has a complete kitchen and a sofa, TV area. The bedroom has a wonderful bed, strong Internet, another TV and two lovely bathrooms. The breakfast is amazing, as was the buffet dinner, and the pool really good size with plenty of seating. The only negatives I'd say are Only one free water despite staying four nights An excessively high charge for tea in the room!!!

The staff is nice and polite but did not address all of our complaints, such as the broken shower. The air conditioning was insufficient and there were ants in our unit first floor. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, but the location of the resort is not really conducive to walking into town or to the beach. Overall we give it 2.5- 3 stars. Of all the drawbacks, the ants were the most offensive issue. Otherwise it was a lot of room for the price and would have been very comfortable if the air conditioning worked well.

Plus un 4* qu'un 5*
Sejour agréable. Petit bemol sur le check in. Nous avions appele en amont pour prevenir que nous arriverions tot , on nous a indiqué que si la chambre nest pas encore prete nous pourrions au moins utiliser les équipements de l'hôtel (piscine et autres). Cependant quand nous sommes arrivés on nous a informé que l'on ne pouvait pas prendre les serviettes tant que le check in n'a pas été fait. Par ailleurs , aucune bouteille d'eau de bienvenue alors qu'il y avait une pancarte indiquant qu'on aurait de l'eau . Pour un 5* , on s'attend à un service de meilleure qualité.

Nice place, but a bit scruffy and poor quality In areas. Hot water screeching all night kept us all up, kids slide split and dangerous. Pool bridges falling apart. It was good value, but I can now see why it’s cheaper than top resorts.

Nice apartment but dirty and unsupervised pool are
The apartment itself was very nice and comfortable with nice terrace and full kitchen. The real let down was the resort facilities. The pool and steam/sauna area was not clean and overcrowded with 30 unsupervised children running and jumping into the indoor pool and entering steam/sauna rooms. The floors in the indoor pool area were moldy and slippery. The resort even charges guests for clean beach/pool towels if you want them changed. No business center. Definitely not a five star resort. Would not return due to the facilities.

They wanted a deposit for 25 euro (refundable) each for pool towels and one euro every time to have fresh towels. Also the cleaners did not have additional bath, face, or other towels. The food was average
