“A very plesant stay in salzburg at hotel Sacher. Beautiful and clean rooms with and a friendly staff. There are comodities such as Sauna and "spa-area". Also they have a nice lounge area and bar, but dont eat at the sacher grill it was a dissapointment to us.”

“This is a great place to stay! We had a really cool room with a loft bed. Very clean, great staff and wonderfull breakfast buffet. Garden was amazing. We walked from the trainstation, took 10 min. Also wakable distance to the old parts of town. Totally recommend!”

“Had booked me three nights (Monday through Wednesday) in Romantik Alpenhotel Waxenstein. On Friday afternoon I been called by my daughter's teacher who informed me that her daughter had vomited and she did'nt feel good. My daughter's condition worsened the forward evening in addition to vomiting, she also had diarrhea. The night on Sunday I started to vomit. The first thing I did on Sunday was to call Hotels.com to cancel the trip. Then I get the message that the Romantik Alpenhotel Waxenstein...

“We were travelling with our 1 year old son and were really impressed with the hotel set up for youngsters. Small things like a nappy bin and a baby bath being provided along with a cot and high chair. Kids being allowed to use the pool until 6pm but retaining adult only space in the sauna area. A playground on site and the media room full of toys. We could keep the baby occupied but also enjoy some child-free relaxation. The location is wonderful, an easy drive from Salzburg, walking distance...
