Bra hotell, bra beläget.
Vänlig reception och personal på restauranger. Slitet, men stör inte så mycket. Badkaret (med dusch) känns halt och farligt. Bra frukost. Bra med restaurang på hotellet. Nära till metro.

Ok men en del att önska
Ok hotell som ligger 2 Metro-stationer från Copenhagen Airport. I priset ingick frukost som inte kunde nyttjas pga tidigt flyg. Fick inget erbjudande om frukostpåse som vi fått på andra hotell vid liknande situationer, bara ryck på axlarna och ett "sorry" av tjejen i receptionen ...vattenkokare finns på rummet men inga muggar, tepåsar, kaffe etc så begriper inte vitsen med vattenkokaren?! Rummet helt ok.

Bra hotel dåligt frukost
Vi var mycket nöjda i vår vistelse på hotel med personal både i receptionen och på restaurangen. De var mycket hjälpsams och trevliga. Maten på restaurant var utsökt. Däremot i matsalen på frukost personal var inte trevliga. Vi frågade om man kunde få varm mjölk och de sa till oss: ”det finns inte varm mjölk”. Det är så nonchalant att på ett Hotel det inte finns möjligheter att få varm mjölk till frukost. Helt ofattbar. De var inte engagerade alls. Och kaffet smakade inte kaffe, det var som vatten 😔

Åk inte dit!
Fick enkelsängar trots beställd queenbed och vid påpekande tilldelades vi ett rum där andra gäster låg och sov, och dit kom vi och störde kl 2 på natten! Inredningen var riktigt nedgången, det luktade märkligt i rummet. Välstädat och bekväm säng.

Disappointing
This place needs some TLC. Our room needed new carpet and some paint. Walls were dirty and marked. The bathroom smelled and could have used a good cleaning. Windows barely opened and no a/c. When you pay for 3 people in a room, all sleep places should be comfortable. The cot that was brought in was hard and uncomfortable. The only thing this place had going for it was the location, the breakfast and the lovely staff member who checked us in.

Jeg var utilfreds over, at poolen ikke var åben. Det stod ikke advaret nogle steder og poolen var den eneste grund til, at vi besøgte stedet. Jeg er dybt utilfreds. Den eneste kompensation på dette var en sølle sodavand til børnene og en flaske vin. Vi kommer ikke tilbage igen. Og personalet virkede ligeglade og opgivende. Dårlig oplevelse

Ok överlag
Bra vistelse. Rummet var fint och lagom stort. Skön säng. Frukosten var helt ok men hade kunnat vara bättre. Vid ankomst blev vi placerade i ett rum som någon redan bodde i, så vi fick gå tillbaka till receptionen och byta. Korten till dörren avmagnetiserades 3-4 gånger på 3 dagar vilket var rätt störigt. Men personalen var hjälpsam.
