“This house is a perfect location and house for a big family gathering. We rented this house because of its proximity to the St Augustine amphitheater where the Flagler College graduation is held. There is no bridge traffic to contend with. The house comfortably sleeps eight people. There is a blowup mattress in the closet in the downstairs Family Room. The bedroom behind the kitchen is a little on the smaller side, so sleeping two smaller people in that room would be your best bet. As far as...

Easily within walking distance (especially if you park your car at the end of the development near the bridge). Having 2 kitchens and living space was especially nice for early morning risers! The pool and hot spa were amazing and so nice to have when not at the beach, which was also so conveniently in short walking distance.
