Property was OK. It is abundantly clear that it was last renovated quite a while ago. Clean but well worn. Shower spray leaked due to loose fitting. Water all over the floor. Wash basin was well worn. Cracks around the drain. Inexpensive and reasonably clean, but badly in need of a renovation and repair.

The room I requested we didn't get. The room we got smelled like a wet dirty dog and cats. Their was hair in the sink. The tub had rust marks in it. It looked like they removed a shower matt and didn't clean it. The toilet kept running so my husband fixed it. Only 1 outlet worked. Along the bottom of the beds had a lot of dirt and crumbs against it.

The grounds were well kept as well as the former exterior was being replaced so the vending machines are inside. Very close to grocery stores , pharmacies, and restaurants that are within walking distance.

The staff was very professional and courteous. They arranged transportation to my door for my appointment and back. I would definitely stay at this location again. There is a pharmacy and many dining options within walking distance as well as healthy grocery store.

Best Red Roof we have stayed at!!!!!!
Front desk man was super nice. No name tag so can't give him credit. Coffee 24hrs. Good coffee too. We did the premium room we had snacks not just one but a small box of peanuts granola bars popcorn. One water and an orange juice. We stayed another night and got another one. It's really nice! The bed was comfy and clean!! Nice towels!!! They were so nice we reused them. We did get fresh ones the second night and they were just as nice. It's a really nice red roof inn. We were nervous when we booked lol but I'd come back!!!!! They have Panara bread right next door. Fancy grocery store with must check out cheese selection and and a CVS all in under 300 steps. I felt safe and it's in a good location.

The staff was super nice. Room was reasonably comfortable. Only negative is the locks on the main door of the room were broken and the mattress was rather old and not very comfortable. It was ok though. We would stay there again.

The room was disgusting. Toilet did not flush right, bathroom sink just a trickle - located in the bedroom, not the bathroom. Rust, gunk under the bathmat. Old, smelly, simply disgusting.

The HVAC system in my room sounds like a freight train! Had a very poor night's sleep because if this. It looks like its from about 1975. In today's world, a new machine would be a LOT quieter! It also works poorly! My room only got barely warm. It is 27 degrees outside and drafty cool in here

This was a horrible experience. I arrived and found 4 police cars outside the front office. One of the “guests” had gotten drunk and fired a gun. All of the rooms open to the outside hallway/street. The lock on my door was loose- made me feel unsafe. The room itself was old, outdated, and seemed unclean. My room was “cleaned” when I was out but all they had done was place the pillows at the top of the bed, bed wasn’t made. Towels seemed not clean, no visible stains but did not smell fresh and were stiff. No smoking policy but smelled like weed everywhere. Do NOT stay here.

The staff was the best thing about the facility - they were very welcoming and efficient. The room was just OK. Our needs were met - we had the basics, but the room seemed old and outdated. The pillows and matresses were thin/flat, bath towels were small and thin, & the bathroom exhaust fan was loud (came on w/the light whether showering or not). I expected a little better for what we paid for one night ($357).

For 250.00 a night it would have been nice to have a small frig and microwave. I thought this was a basic offering for all hotels these days. It was clean.

Don't stay here if you want a nice place
The only good thing about this place was the general manager, Robert. Otherwise, the place looked liked it needed maintenance everywhere, the stairs to the second-floor rooms were old, the chair inside my room was old and the material was torn, and it just does not look inviting for a hotel that has 'plus+' in its title. Should be 'minus-". They charged way too much for its condition. Should have been about half of that.
