“We had a very nice stay.The house is cosy and comfortable. Even if we stayed the whole day at the festival, the place perfect for a holiday.”

“Maison très bien située, prés du lac, prés des commerces. Arrivée autonome avec du thé, du café et un petit gâteau et un petit fascicule pour nous donner les bonnes adresses du quartier. Maison moderne, lumineuse et toute ouverte, sur environ 5 niveaux : entrée par la cuisine, niveau +1 une suite parentale accessible par échelle, niveau -1 le coin salon, niveau -2 une salle d'eau et niveau -3 une chambre (avec un lit double et 1 lit simple superposé). Draps et serviettes fournies. Il y a du gel...

“Lovely flat. Only complaint is that there is only one toilet even though there are 2 bathrooms. Didn’t notice that in the description—assumed a bathroom would have a toilet. Owner very helpful with explaining, and some of the facilities need explanation. All in all, beautiful flat.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay. The property manager was very easy to deal with. The location of the property is excellent, with beaches a few minutes away and Annecy town an easy walk. The property is very nice. I would mention it has quite a lot of stairs, and so may not be as suitable for people with very young children or reduced mobility. But that is not a criticism. We would recommend this property”

“Jättefina och moderna lägenheter. Mycket trevligt bemötande och lugn och fin atmosfär. En bit utanför Annecy, men med bil så är det inga problem. Bussar går också till och från stan. ”

“Very good location and easy check-in even after reception hours. Good arrangements for parking. Perfect for a weekend trip. Unfortunately the photos of our room indicated that there should have been a balcony, which there wasn’t (only some excellence studios have balcony), however there is a very nice common terrace.”

“Very disappointed about the whole stay. First about the communication (no indication that there would not be any cleaning during my stay), the bathroom/shower (very week water jet which made every shower a very long challenge to rinse oneself) which had the standard maximum a 2 star hotel, and finally the bedroom with very low/cheap quality pillows and very hard maddrass which made each night a nightmare. The toilets were old and in a very bad shape. The toilet seat could not hold by itself. ”
