Överlag bra mat, dock väldigt mycket folk vid alla måltider och restaurangen är väldigt öppen så ljudnivån blir väldigt hög

Many problem with guests that not follow rules!
Miracle has been one of my favorite hotel earlier but after this time - NO. There were too crowded, too many people and not much of distance or face-mask. Information here and there but not in many different language. In the elevator there should have been more information. I payed quite much this time but could not find any subbed at the beach. Occupied because people let their towels stay over night. Also in the dinner room problem to find a seat with distance. People didn't bother to use face-mask indoors. Yes, you had some information but not enough. You could have split up people in different times for food - one group between 7-8, next 8-9 etc. Have less people in these groups. Much more could have been done. Sorry to say - I am not sure I will come back to Miracle any more time after this experiences. So many covid-cases still every day in Turkey and no more security about that. Very sad! More information and more "tell all these stupid and nonchalant tourists" they must follow the rules or they should not been allowed to stay. It is still a pandemi going on around the world - but people seems not to bother about that. Perhaps many think they can't be ill or die!!!

Dålig service, men vackert.
Hotellets poolområde, trädgårdar och strand är underbara. Rummen och balkongerna lite sämre än andra hotell på Lara beach, men inga problem alls. Däremot är servicen otroligt dålig jämfört med ett hotell jag precis bott på för samma pris. Under fem dagar blev jag tillfrågad en enda gång om jag ville ha något att dricka till maten. När jag gick till receptionen för att berätta att jag bokat ytterligare två nätter (då mitt flyg blivit inställt) förklarade man för mig med hög röst att man faktiskt inte har tid att logga in i systemet bara för att checka in mig! Sedan fanns det inga stör-ej skyltar (inget rum hade dem) och städerskan gick rakt in i rummet 3ggr varje morgon med start klockan 07:30. En snabb knackning och öppna dörren omedelbart. När jag enbart varit där 2 nätter, ringer guest relations på morgonen och vill veta varför jag inte vill ha städning och insisterar på att få komma in. Mycket märkligt, efter enbart 1,5 dygn, tyckte jag. Men caféet är trevligt, baren och discot också. Och framför allt pool/trädgårdar.

Ett trevligt hotell med bra service. Frisören och hans medhjälpare var helt fantastiska. En av de bättre frisörer jag haft I Turkiet. Det enda jag anser kan förbättras är utbudet av TV-kanaler på engelska. Nu är det mesta på tyska och det är kanske flest tyska gäster där. Men om det blir mer av engelskt utbud kanske fler gäster från andra länder kommer.

Bra hotel, avslappnat och skönt. Rent fint vatten. Ni som varit i Turkiet innan och tror att ni kan pruta på kläder och andra saker på shoppingrundan kan glömma det i Lara. Här blir dom bara arga och slänger ut en. Shopping DÅLIGT!!

Läget är helt perfekt
Passar många som vill både ta det lugnt och vara aktiv. allt erbjuds. Maten är helt fantastisk, likaså personalen vid de olika restaurangerna. Matsalen lite för stor för att passa mig, för mycket oväsen. Hade önskat flera uteplatser. De flesta i receptionen var trevliga, någon verkade bry sig lite mindre. Personalen i vaktkuren både trevliga och otrevliga och för mig ett märkligt system.

Service Needs Major Improvement
The resort facilities are good, however, service was very bad. Room amenities were not provided completely and were provided after multiple requests. Most of the staff was rude too.
