“My family and I loved staying at Casa Arenales. The host gave clear instructions on how to get to the property since it was a little tricky finding it if you arent from the area but with the specific instructions we were able to find it with ease. House was clean and the ac’s worked wonderful. The area was very quiet and the house was well kept. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Unit is in a safe area, right off the beach. Photos helped provide a smooth check-in, from finding the correct building to signing onto the WiFi. Unit was clean and smelled very nice. We made good use of the washer and dryer and kitchen supplies. We totally appreciated the water bottles, snacks, and coffee! Beach items were also available. Unit is located near several great restaurants, including Ola Lola's Tiki Bar, which has an amazing peanut butter burger. We would definitely stay in this...

“ The property is located in a very good location, but it had so many cockroaches that we couldn't sleep or use the kitchen because the cockroaches were everywhere. I told the contact person and he didn't care at all. My daughters did not arrive when they found out about the plague that was in the apartment. “We rented the full house for our family stay of 18 people. The house is so spacious! Very clean with nice added touches when we arrived like flowers on the towels. The house had everything we needed and then some! Communication was always very easy and any questions or concerns were always answered promptly. “Expectations versus realizations. I personally enjoyed the home as it is clean and cozy. Nothing extravagant but nice for the money. My sister was not quite as happy as she thought the carpets were not as clean as she thought they should be and one of the beds was damaged and not really useable. There was a foldout bed that did save the day but not the most comfortable. Overall small deficiencies but the stay was nice. A comfortable quiet location.”
