“I came to the area for the first time, meeting friends who were here for a couple of months with their horses. Tammy met me at the house. It’s simple but nicely decorated. I had everything I needed. I had a small plumbing issue when the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain (it’s an old house) but Tammy and Jim were super responsive and got it taken care of quickly. I loved the privacy and setting. Beautiful area.”

“Excellent except for getting into the property on Thursday. Co host had to do something before we could get in and she had to come over and unlock the patio door, other than that the house was amazing spent some time at the pool, walked the neighborhood. I would recommend this property to anyone. Love Tubac. Thanks for a beautiful home for the weekend.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Lavender House. The inside was immaculate. The garden area is both functional and nicely decorated. We especially appreciated the pool and hot tub. Walking in the neighborhood was delightful. Everyone was friendly and waived. We felt right at home.”

“First time staying here, and we really enjoyed the stay. House was exceptionally clean, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was extremely well supplied. We ran into one slight issue, and the owners, even though they were on a different continent, had it handled and taken care of in record time. “The property is as described. It is a little more remote then we thought, however, once we got our bearings we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The birds were fabulous, we didn’t realize we were in a prime location for bird watching. We purchased some suet at the bird store in Tubac at sat back a watched the action. “Beautiful area but casita needed a little tlc on windows and entrance and patio . Doorknobs were loose and bedroom window had issues with screens. Also thought with the type of property and cost of rooms that the toilet paper should have been of better quality. But the beds and bedding were awesome and it’s a beautiful resort!”
