Dear Mr. Catellani, We thank you for the feedback you have decided to share, especially for the compliments you have given to the structure and the park that surrounds it and we are pleased that you enjoyed the service and welcome at the Reception. We are sorry that your experience at the Restaurant was not as satisfying and that you had the perception that our staff were arrogant. No one in 15 years of activity has ever found arrogance among my collaborators who, on the contrary, are experienced, educated, smiling people, available and always ready to fulfill every request of the guest. In particular, you have been served by a very professional and extremely kind person. Regarding the prices of our Restaurant I do not know which restaurants you usually go to but I assure you that our prices are in line with the quality standards we offer and those of our competitors. Our Menu consists in some dishes that recall the Sardinian tradition and that are prepared daily by hand by our Chef, such as the plate of Maccarones da Busa with lamb ragout ordered by you. Certainly in a Roman trattoria you can order a plate of “penne all'arrabbiata" even for € 10,00 ... but we're talking about something completely different. The Restaurant staff continually replace our breakfast buffet with fresh and products prepared in the morning and it may happen that, due to overcrowding at a particular time, the replacement was slower and you suffered right then. I therefore invite you to weigh your words before writing scathing judgments about on those who daily commit themselves in first person and do their work with seriousness and dedication. At Stazzo Lu Ciaccaru the property and the collaborators are daily committed so that every guest can feel at home served and pampered in an place of rare beauty. But then there are places that are not for everyone and Stazzo Lu Ciaccaru is one of these!
