“The hotel was nice. The personal were very helpful and kind. The room was very clean. We had no idea how we could start the dish machine which was difficult in the beginning. The hotel was located closed to a big mall which was good, but very far away from historical places, because it was located at the Asian part and you could stuck in traffic jam about one to one and half hours which was very terrible. “Oda çok küçüktü. TV çok küçüktu ve yeri cok kötüydü. Taharet musluğu bozuktu cok zor kapaniyordu. Lavaboda muslugu actiginizda su lavabodan üstümüze sıçrıyordu. Çalışanlar kibar ve güleryüzlüydü. Lokasyon olarak Ağva'nın girişinde. Kahvaltı vasattı. Sonuc olarak gelisime ihtiyaci olan bir tesis. Fiyat performans olarak hayal kırıklığı. Max mecbur kalinirsa 1 gun konaklanir.”

“Otel temizliği, konforu,hizmeti harika.. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü çok güzel ağırlandık. Sadece kedilerden korkan biri olarak çok kedi vardı ve yemeğimizi kediler yüzünden maalesef yiyemedik. Kedilerden korkan birisi iseniz tavsıye edemeyiz. Fakat otel gerçekten çokk güzeldi. Teşekkür ederiz”

“The hotel standard is ok, missing some stuff like iron.. Nobody speak English there. They never smiled and look angry or sad all the time. The hotel is faraway from the city. Its take about 40 minutes to the center. The gym and the pool is located in other building and u need card from the hotel every time u want to go there and is not for the hotel gust only without is for the local folks to so its always full. The service in the hotel is not that good, my safebox dosnt worked, i told them...

“Well located, by the river and near the seaside, good to have boats facilities however risky to get into one, you can get injured , rooms are old not an issue but could be cleaner, ,the bathroom was dirty and need general maintenance and it has no ventilation, the bed was too soft and usless balcony. Breakfast was big enough with good variaty, would be better if there is open buffe system. There isnt any meassure to guarantee health protection over COVID-19 not in reception not in waiterness...
