I have 3 words for this hotel: “Great Customer Services”! We stayed at this hotel a night before our 10-day cruise from the port Piraeus (Athens). After an extensive search for the hotels online, I reserved a room at in[n]Athens on February 23 through Expedia. Within an hour, a hotel front desk staff reached out to me offering assistance for the booking with city tours, day excursions, transfers, answering any inquiries that I might have, and informed me about the Resilience fee to be paid at the hotel upon check in (per Law 5073/2023)! The front desk staff team (Vasillis, Mary, Ilias, and Nikolas) did a great job to assist my family with the transportation from the hotel to the cruise port and vice versa through the email communication and allowed us to check in the rooms early!
It was a very nice touch when the front desk staffs offered water and brownies when we checked in on the first day in Athens and offered us breakfast when we checked in early (09:00 AM) after we returned from the cruise!
The hotel had a great selections of breakfast items and the guests could also place one free order of food and drink! We’ve been staying a lot of hotels in the U.S. when we traveled on vacation and the food selections and services at this hotel was one of the best we’ve seen!
We had to leave the hotel early (around 04:30 AM) on the next day for the early flight out of Athens. We do appreciate the hotel staff prepared for us the breakfast to-go bags and arranged a taxi for us!
