I give 10/10 to the front desk person who helped us. 0/10 to Hotels.com for allowing us to make a reservation when no rooms were available. We missed a late night flight and we got to the hotel by taxi at 10:30 pm with luggage to find out that there were no rooms available, The hotel employee and the manager did not how the webpage allowed us to book and charged us for a room. The employee managed to get a basic room for us and he even took us to the airport at 4:45 am. We were very grateful for this. The problem with this hotel is that it is at a remote location with no businesses or main roads around it. The bathroom layout was a kind of old, and it is true that you have to ask for the AC remote.
Once again 9.0 for the service provided.
