Comfortable stay in central Auckland
Suite was comfortable and clean. Condition was generally good. For the price it was well equipped including wash machine and dishwasher. Kitchen ok for small dinners. The staff was very helpful. Several contacts with one member, Dan, who was very kind and helpful. Perfect location close to bus stops to &from the airport and walking distance to central Auckland

Centralt hotell med bedrövlig frukost. Fördigbredd sandwich förpackad i plastförpackning lades i kylen kvällen innan till detta fick vi en pytteliten Yoggi ena dagen och en muffins andra dagen. Ingen juice eller dylikt.

Centralt placerat hotell till rimligt pris. Det som drar ner helhetsintrycket var den dåliga frukosten. Frukost ingår står det men det var en macka å en liten Yoggi som fanns i kylskåpet. Uruselt !!

Dålig frukost
Hotelet ligger ganska centralt i Auckland. Dock är detta ett lägenhetshotell utan restaurang. I detta område finns bara enkla kinesiska matställen med meny vanligen på kinesiska. Den frukost som ingår är mycket enkel. Bröd, frukt, yoghurt, syltpaket och en liten tetra med juice kommer till rummet kvällen före. Kaffe består av pulverkaffe som man får koka själv. Frukosten under all kritik. Långsam WiFi.

Fräscha rum på centralt hotell
Trevlig personal och stort rum (lägenhet) i fräscht skick. Tyst på rummet och fick att få det riktigt mörkt, så gick att sova bra. Internet på rummet som fungerade bra, om än lite långsamt. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Låg lokalt med nära till både shopping, restauranger och lätt att promenera till andra distrikt. Enda riktigt negativa var att de höll på att måla om i trapphuset så det luktade riktigt illa på hela våningen och i hissen. Men som tur är inte på rummet.

2 nätter i auckland efter ankoms till nz
Prisvärt boende med bra standard på rummet, trevlig personal och frukostpsket inkl i priset. Hotellet ligger inte i auckland cbd bästa område, men kändes absolut inte otryggt att bo där. Det enda vi saknade på rummet var ett soffbord.

Great value for the money
Excellent room with double bedrooms and a kitchen equipped with all you need. Really appreciated to have access to own dish/washing machine after a long journey. Perfect location, only 500 m from Sky Tower and Queen St. Would definitely stay here again!

Våra rum var mycket små och med för mycket möbler i vilket gjorde att vi knappt fick plats med våra resväskor. Frukosten som var inkluderad i priset var mer ett skämt än en frukost. Trots allt så lyfter personalens engagemang och hjälpsamhet upp betyget en del.

Bra läge nära shoppinggatan. Perfekt för familj med två sovrum och kök. Lite slitet och se till att köpa egen frukost. Överlag bra för ett kort stopp i city.

Det var ett valdigt bra hotel som ligger valdigt nara allt i stan. Det var bra service och frukosten var helt okej.

Otroligt bra boende om man är ett större gäng
Vi var fem stycken vuxna som bodde i en lägenhet med två rum med gratis wi-fi och frukost. Vi var väldigt nöjda med skicket, läget, priset, ja, inprincip allt. Frukosten, som levererades direkt till rummet, var inte det bästa.

Rent och bra Hotel nära till det mesta i Cenrum
Det ända bra att veta kan vara att man bör ringa innan och förboka P-platser på Hotelet om man önskar detta.

Mycket prisvärt hotell!
Blev positivt överraskad av att det fanns både tvättmaskin, torktumlare och fullt utrustat kök i lägenheten. Speciellt tvättmöjligheter saknar man när man varit på resande fot ett tag. Precis runt hotellet finns inga restauranger och bara ett par små närbutiker med mat, men Queenstreet, med alla sina affärer och restauranger ligger på tio minuters gångavstånd från hotellet. Vi har under resan bott på betydligt dyrare ställen som inte varit i närheten så bra. Vi är mycket nöjda!

It was totally disgusting. It was so dirty, the walls were sticky, the floor was sticky, the shower glass was milky with grime...all round, awful. It was a huge safety concern as there were shower caps covering all the fire alarms. I was recovering from an operation and under doctors' advice was told I should not stay there. I only stayed for one night of my booking and had to find other accommodation. They would not refund me and because of that I did not actually cancel my booking because I did not want them having the benefit of renting to someone else.

The lady’s at the front desk were lovely,and very helpful.when we got up to our room there was paint missing on the walls,the toilet buttons only one worked to flush,missing cooking utensils,plates had chips out of them,there was no tea towels or dish washing soap to wash our dishes also the sink facet was super loose so wasn’t ideal to do any cleaning in the sink,there is stains on the carpets and yellow marks on the mattress that we slept on over all I probably wouldn’t bring my family back to stay,I highly recommend the vr on queen street though

The positive side of this hotel are the location and budget friendly. However, the security is not good, drunk people will yelling on the 1st floor and beware if you are travel alone as me. Staff is polite but they wont really pay attention to their guest. As there is no notice card given to show “do not disturb”, I inform the front desk personally that I dont need any staff to clean up my room during my stay. However, once I get back to my room, staff has still come inside to have the room service.

I was pretty disappointed in staying here for how much we spent. The first room we were in there was no cover on the aircon vent, the kitchen sink faucet was not secured, the fridge was missing a foot and therefore wobbly and most importantly the aircon wasn't working. We changed rooms and in that room the soap dispenser was mostly pulled off the wall, all the bottles were empty with full bottles sitting on the shelf (as if that staff couldn't figure out how to change them), there was no cover on the key pad, and there were toenail clippings on the carpet suggesting it hadn't been vacuumed. We accepted these faults but still not overly impressive.

We paid for an extra bed and that was put up, when we queried it we were told it we hadn’t paid for it but in the morning we were told we did and that we would receive a refund but didn’t. There were only 2 towels, no milk, and cigarette butts all on the balcony.
