“This is going to be one of those "I wish I could leave 10 stars" reviews - - we needed a place to stay for the solar eclipse, and we chose this one. PERFECT choice. I would stay here again, zero questions asked. Luey and Norris are marvelous! We stayed in the third floor (The Cole) which was beautifully decorated and appointed. The morning breakfasts were terrific, and the hosts were genuinely warm and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to ANY friend or family member....

“New owners. Very friendly. They were busy getting acquainted with the place. The breakfast we anticipated was not as expected. Perhaps that may improve. The location was excellent. We wish the new owners success and hope for improvement if we choose to return.”

“Our room was exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable. We had a porch and it wasn’t clean. The outside can use some overall maintenance, some flowers and general cleaning up. Margaret cooked us breakfast and it was wonderful. She is delightful. Location is great. We are glad we were not in the middle of the Riverwalk. ”

“As an interior designer, I'm always look for boutique/one-of concepts to stay in versus the big chain hotels. Adina caught my eye because the decor was so fun and unique and the pictures are a very accurate representation of the property. The hosts/staff were extremely and I felt safe and at home from the moment I arrived. My suite was huge, clean and well appointed. The common areas were perfect to setup and work from and the onsite parking was extremely convenient. If you appreciate design...

“After reserving a two night stay, waking up after the first night, the house cook/maid informed us “we missed breakfast” and that we were “late for check out”, upon which we said we had booked 2 nights. She said you better talk to Shawn (the manager, pretty sure her son). He said he “forgot” he had some “inspection” that day “they were selling the property” and we had to leave. (He wouldn’t charge us)… As we were packing up, a group from Florida pulled in that he talked to and got to leave while...

“The 2 BR we stayed in for 6 days was fantastic! Beautiful floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the river and city skyline. A 2 min walk from Rainey St. but we never heard the loud music or had to worry about rowdy crowds. Also a 2 min walk from Lady Bird Lake with a great walking/running trail. Would highly recommend this property for both short and long term stays. ”
