The rooms were very big and very clean. Close to central Austin. Staff was helpful and polite. Very happy with our two day stay.

The services are terrible. We booked for 4 persons in a room with one king bed and one soffa bed. We got to the room and they have not prepared the soffa bed for us and there are no extra pillows or blankets. We went down to request the bedding of soffa bed. The receptionist confirmed our room is correct and that we do our soffa bed ourself. This sounds really weird to me that the hotel asked the guests to prepare the bed ourself. Thotel cleans every 2nd day, fine for us. However when we requested just for take the trash out and new towels. They said ok and put us on the list. We were out sightseeing whole day, came back and they did not do it. We called and requested again, said housekeeping will come immediately. 2 hours later, still no show. We went down to reception and requested it again. They declined the service we requested. We forgot airpod in our room and it has been 1 week, they said they still have not found it but we can see that the airport has been used by staff at the hotel.

Got the room 3-4 hours later than check in so I had to wait in the lobby… Then it said they had parking but not that you had to pay for valet. Also when we got there the staff was very rude and did not see any problem with not having the room ready in time. Will not stay here again

Rooms are super big with kitchen and huge restroom. Very clean, very well kept. Front desk guy was super friendly. Just one thing that wasn’t a problem but they should change the valet guy to a more people person oriented guy. This guy would barely speak and if he did it was super soft. I could never hear what he was telling me and when I asked a question he seemed to be annoyed by the question. There is no free parking here and if you do want to park on this property it has to be thru this guy so there is no way to avoid him. No eye contact whats so ever by him.

The hotel is a good distance from anything. The parking was an inconvenience. The room itself was very humid. The bed and couch was damp from the humidity. The shower leaks onto the floor so you have to use the towels to collect all the water.

The property was nice, spacious and clean. The staff was fabulous. The breakfast was great. The part we were not prepared for is the sound from outside and how loud it was in our room. The two bars in the back of the building reverberate through the room until midnight on weekdays and 2:00 a.m. the weekend. If you cannot sleep with earplugs, it would be a really long night.

Rooms were very spacious, comfortable beds, elevators were fast and the breakfast wasn't half bad. Only complaints would be the bathroom is on the smaller side but understandable since room is bigger. Also the valet lost their keys to lock box that contained our car keys so we were almost late for our daughter's performance. Hotel doesn't offer self parking so your stuck with the $45 a night valet parking.

I have stay in the property several times with no issues; this time was a different story. A bar or night club is now operating until past 2 am and the music is right in your ears. Needless to say I will NOT stay there unless I plan to be out past 2 am myself. Sorry bad choice of neighbors.

The noise was unbelievably loud. No sound proofing at all. The carpet and fixtures are at least 20 years stale. The absolute jewel in the crown is the staff. Everyone we talked to were friendly and helpful. Good food & service in the bar.

"I had a great experience staying at this pet-friendly hotel. It's undoubtedly the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms were clean and didn't have any unpleasant pet odors. Best pet friendly ever!! Also, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. They made both me and my mother feel at home. I had to wait an hour for my room to be ready even when I arrived and hour after check-in started, and considering the fact that I booked AND paid in full a month in advance, caused a negative experience right from the start. "Free" room upgrade as compensation wasn't even adequate considering that it was the EXACT same room I booked only on an upper floor.

This was such a wonderful hotel to stay in for a Mom and Daughter vacation. It is walkable to museums, the state capital, UT-Austin, etc. And there are some fun restaurants around as well. The only little bummer is that parking is valet only and it's $45 a night.

Pros: staff was friendly, the hotel location is good. Walkable from 6th street. Cons: the room had a bad odor. I informed the staff at the time of check-in but no corrective action was taken. The hotel has no option for self parking (paid). The valet parking is exorbitant.
