mr kirrill thanks alot for your review , the hotels charge per person thats why we have single room double and trible. also is law that all the hotel guest must be registair to be in the hotel for many reason s , safety ect. next time if you like to have quest book a double room and you can take one guest to your room thanks a lot

mrs kien how can you say that staff was not friendly , if you see the score we have is 8,7 for staff and everybody say that staff is very friendly and helpfull , i dont blame you beacuse you never give as the chance to show you how friendly we are ,you never came to the pool never at the restaurant or the bar , event this cool music you said you listen wacthing on the balcony , if i have know i will give you a free drink so you can enjoy that cool music at the bar and not claiming on the unfinish balcony as you said, i think your an unfriendly customer beacuse you never spoke to the staff or you never come to the bar to meet the staff . thanks for your review we will try to be better in the future and more friendy but some times how friendy you can be it will not be a big think if others are miserable..

mr summer mansour , thanks for your review we will take serious your review and try to improve in the future , i would like to bring in your attention that in the hotel derciption it is mention that breakfast is continental , i m suprice you say it is poor , you never miss breakfast you event make sandishes to eat later . your reservation was a basic room and the staff in receprion up greated you in a superior room , also they never ask you to live the hotel restaurant went you walk in eating ,

normally we do not reply to anonymous reviews , but i will do to this we do take your reviews seriously and try to get better , about breakfast we serve buffe continental as is stated on hotel description , if you think that staff was sulker just beacuse a kid 7-8 years old clyme out a hotel balcony twice and you inform you about it and you didnt do anythink . or the kids play football in the bar and pool area and as a parent you didnt do anythink , i have nothing to comment. thanks
