“Amazing house in paradise, the entire accommodation was super comfortable and with all necessary equipment to make you feel at home , the kitchen is fully equipped and even has washing machine if you need to wask some clothing,everything is in full conditions Simple but with love this house will not disappoint you. The views from the living room and from the lovely balcony are a must. And the team ,specially the receptionist ,went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible !...

“The nostalgic and tastefully furnished property is located in a park-like garden. The special feature is an aboretum with a jungle character that was created generations ago. The terrace of the house has an unobstructed sea view. The location is ideal for exploring the area. We really enjoyed our vacation here.”

“Jolie petite maison à proximité du centre ville d'Horta. Idéal pour profiter d'Horta et pour rayonner sur Faial. La maison a du cachet, mais est de taille modeste. Nous étions 4 dont 2 enfants (8 et 10), et on aurait pu se sentir à l'étroit si la météo nous avait obligés à rester à l'intérieur. Pas de problème par contre pour les couchages, même si l'escalier d'accès est pentu. A noter le passage très étroit pour accéder en voiture à la maison, mais ça passe! Pour les procédures d'arrivée puis...

“The place is really lovely and very clean. There is a great view of Pico, and we loved looking out at the lights of Pico from the porch at night. Rita was very responsive to any issues we had. The wifi was really weak, even after Rita provided a new router. Visitors should download tv shows or movies in advance if they want to watch anything during their stay. We loved coming home to this house at the end of the day!!!”

“Très agréable temps passé côte Sud. Très calme mais aussi très à la campagne. Ça nous a vraiment convenu et c’est ce qu’on recherchait. Il faut prendre la voiture si on veut aller à la plage ou si on veut aller au restaurant. En 5 minutes on est au bord de la Caldeira de Sete Cidades. Un mini léger manque de confort dans la literie (couette synthétique chaude et oreillers pas très conforts) mais c’est mineur par rapport au sentiment global de la maison qui est vraiment très confortable, facile à...

“We came to the Azores for my daughter's wedding. My wife picked out this place from the pic's on your site. The place far surpassed the photos. Have never seen grounds that were so beautiful and the cottage was just as nice. Great owners, friendly neighbors. Easy access to the highway. If (or when) we come back, I would stay here once again.”

“Pleasant surprise with gift basket and heater on at arrival! We never saw the host, but very accommodating online. Well equipped and nice location. On the downside, the beds and pillows are very hard.”

“Beautiful gated location on the very end of a dead end lane. Gardens are gorgeous with sculptures created by owner and many seating areas throughout the property. Bonita and Ed were very helpful with local issues such as restaurants, shopping, etc.”

“We had a wonderful stay on this property. The grounds are beautifully kept and the cottage was well equipped and comfortable. The location is extremely convenient, close to the airport, 5 minutes to a supermarket and 5 minutes to a gorgeous beach. Our hosts were wonderful and answered any questions we might have had. This is a great place to stay if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful spot to relax. Would be geat for families with small children as well.”
