“For the price it it’s good. If you want to relax go to the expensive hotels. If you want to save and don’t care about the noise then stay here. It’s close to the beach and restaurants. Parking first come first serve. Get there early. You can walk to the beach or the restaurants. ”

“This resort was great! The spacious condo was perfect for our family. The kitchen had almost everything needed to make our own meals (no paper products provided, bring your own paper towels & coffee filters). The pools were very clean and well maintained. There was some loud maintenance on one of the walkways but there was enough space to get away from it and you can't beat the proximity to the beach. Perfect family spot!”

“This villa was everything we needed and more! My friends are I needed a place to stay and this Vrbo accommodated us last minute. The home was so very clean and stacked with towels, cups, clean sheets, water for guests, basically anything I could ask for. I wish we could have stayed longer! First floor and right next to the nice pool and views of beach. Really was perfect, book this home!”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. Was just looking for the basics on a budget and wasn't disappointed. It was clean and wifi worked great. Only used one bedroom, but both had large beds. The host was always available and super attentive to anything I needed. I would definitely come back.”

“The property is lovely. There were Christmas Decorations, a place for a fire pit that the owner offered to light for us. The house was clean, bottled water available, warm and cozy. It was fun to stay in an area that reflect Puerto Penasco instead of removed as in a resort setting. We felt safe (parking was great) and still a part of a community. Thanks.”

“The location was nice as it is close to places to eat and drink. One complaint is the walls are thin, so you here the music from the bars. The place could use some paint in places and fixing kitchen cabinet doors. Overall, we liked the place, the people and location and felt safe. P.s Tell the guys that sell the packages to back off a bit. One guy in particular was pretty aggressive with his approach and attitude.”

“Lovely property - if you have kids this is a good resort. Nice beach with lots of shells to collect, twisty slide for under 12. Condo is very nice, check in was a breeze and Brian is fabulous - he emailed me weeks before our arrival with info about the area and any needs we had. He recommended some restaurants and activities.
