Very good f&b offering
We stayed 3 nights with a 4-year old child and were very well greated and treated during our stay. Very good f&b offering, from an extensive breakfast offering, both buffet and to order, to evening dining options.

mysigt hotel men fantastisk frukost loungen var väldigt trevlig och personalen fantastiska. dock gillade vi inte att loungen öppnade så sent som kl 12 och sedan svarade hotellet väldigt dåligt på mejl och vi blev heller inte uppgraderade fast vi var VIP och guld och Rum fanns det då de även sålde högre rumskategori och vi fick inte svar på varför vi ej blev uppgraderade vi fick dock sen checkout vilket var bra.

Mycket bra hotell nära shopping
Mycket bra hotell nära shopping. Mycket trevlig personal som välkomnade oss direkt vid ankomst. Hotellet har fantastisk frukost med något för alla. Hotellet har en bra pool och ligger på gångavstånd till shopping, mat och tunnelbana. Skulle definitivt rekommendera och återvända!

Very nice and personal stay, can surely recommend
Had a fantastic stay for 7 nights. Super flexible check-in and check-out options arriving super early and departing later than standard check-out time. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, helping us book restaurants and taxis. The gym was the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel with a great range of equipment and amenities. The room was spacious and the beds large and comfortable. The breakfast had lots of options and fresh food. The only downside is that it can be very busy during rush hour and a bit hectic. Lots of little stores spread out in the hotel, one being a nice cigarr shop/bar which we visited. The lobby lounge is massive with lots of nice seating areas. Drinks and cocktail menu wasn’t the mosy exciting we’ve ever seen but nice nonetheless. The hotel is situated on a quite main street close by to other 5 star establishments. Can especially recommend the adjacent Waldorf Astoria bar on floor 50 something. BTS train basically in conjunction with the hotel and walking distance to CentralWorld and Paragon Siam malls.

Nice hotel with charm
Great service. Rather small rooms but in good condition, although not brand new. Warmly recommended. Grand lobby. Close to Rama 3 and 4 which is good for traveling around the city.

Fint hotell med bra läge
Vi är väldigt nöjda med våra nätter på hotellet och skulle gärna åka tillbaka. Höjdpunkterna för oss var själva rummet med lånemobil (perfekt för karta osv på stan), frukosten, att det fanns lekrum och att vi åt en supergod middag på hotellets italienska restaurang.

No me ofrecieron un upgrade habiendo habitaciones disponibles, el late check out, he tenido que insistir mucho, realmente de nada sirve ser miembro gold cuando no te ofrecen nada de lo que ofrece hoteles.com y deberían tenerlo en el sistema y no pedirlo. Hotel viejo, muy buen situado en Siam, gran desayuno y gym , piscina perfecta, staff perfecto, pero discrepo de la gente de recepción que podrían ser mas receptivas.

Horrible stay ! When we first checked in the staff were super rude initially we checked in pretty late but they kept us waiting for so long and told us to wait on the side. Then we politely asked for a late check out since our flight was 1 am that day as we’re “ vip gold Expedia members they disregarded that and said no the latest they can do is 1 pm and THEN we asked for a room upgrade or nicer room since we are again vip Expedia members they also rejected and said no you’d think they would wanna be a little more accommodating these guys were rude and didn’t care about their guests. They then put us in the furthest wing of the hotel super old area literally 5 mins walk to and from elevator. Room was super outdated literally bathrooms from the 90s carpet was old and dirty spider webs on the corners. Absolutely shocked that this is a 5 star hotel ! Please don’t spend your money and stay there service 0 and rooms 0 nothing like the pictures.

Loistava hotelli
Fantastinen hotelli huippu paikalla! Henkilökunta erittäin palvelualttiita ja ystävällistä, juuri sopivasti. Hotellin aamupala on käsittämättömän laaja ja siitä löytyy jokaiselle jotain. Huoneet tilavat, siistit ja tykkäsin sisustuksesta erityisesti. Toinen kerta tässä paikassa ja kun palaan Bangkokiin niin tulen tänne 100% varmasti. Huippu!

This was the second time I stayed in this hotel. As soon as you walked in, the ambience made me feel so relaxed and known that I will be taken good care of. Staff are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly at all levels. Breakfast was amazing! Every staff wears a smile and sincerity while talking to the guest! Hotel is at a great location and easily accessible by sky train to many key tourist and shopping districts. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok!
