Fantastisk service
Fantastisk service och rummet (vi blev uppgraderade till en stor svit på 150 kvm) var otroligt. Enda som inte får fem stjärnor i betyg var frukostmatsalen som inte var i samma nivå som övriga hotellet.

We feel that a combination of buffet and a la carte breakfast is more personalized and guarantees freshness. We do bake all our bread in house, something not often found nowadays this being said we understand that many guests would prefer bigger buffets. Amazing hotel with fantastic staff. Breakfast was great with a lot of healthy options, the pool area is really relaxing and the pool is big. It is a very laidback hotel with good ambience, they take great care of their customers, you feel pampered.

Bra service vid poolen
Det luktade mögel i korridoren och rök på rummet vi fick först. Men när vi kontaktade receptionen fick vi ett nytt rum på 10e våningen där det luktade gott både i korridor och på rummet.
Övrigt väldigt bra service vid poolen. De kommer och fyller på med isvatten hela tiden och kalla handdukar när solen gassar.

Bästa frukosten!
Fint hotell och bra service.
Men det som egentligen lockade oss att boka ett rum var deras restaurang Nahm som var underbart bra. Vilket är anledningen till att vi känner till hotellet från början.
Frukosten var fantastiskt bra även den! Äntligen kunde man hitta nyttiga alternativ till de annars feta frukostarna som serveras på hotell. Rummen var rena. Stilmässigt ok.

Had a two night stay, which I happily used the gym and pool facilities which were very good.
I was unlucky to not be able to have dinner in the well reviewed restaurant as it wasn’t open during my stay.

Its truly a wellness spa hotel. I love the fact that they have the spa facilities. Will definitely come back! Although the location is not in the center - it’s still a place to be if you need a relaxing stay and away from the busy streets.

The staff! Reception and the men greeting you and assisting you with your luggage introduces you to an amazing experience of full hospitality. I cannot be more pleased with everything COMO has to offer. Very nice hotel, the staff was exceptional. We arrived at 2 AM and received warmly. the rooms were nicely appointed, and the bed was comfortable. The Nahm restaurant was superior quality, and the room service was excellent, too. The hotel location is good. You can can most places on the cheap. Be ready to haggle. We would stay here again for sure.

Perfect in every way. Also a huge shout out to the kitchen staff who asked about dietary needs day one and remembered through the 4 days that I need to eat gluten free. I had fresh made gluten free bread as part of the excellent breakfast each day.

My go-to place when I visit Bangkok. Classy and not fussy with huge rooms and good amenities. It has a great gym and pool and the spa is also very nice. Worth checking out. Also within walking distance for shopping and public transport.

Staffs were efficient, polite and nice. Spacious room and big swimming pool but the water wasn’t very clear though they removed fallen leaves etc every morning. Breakfast options were really limited and almost the same everyday so it’s quite boring.😅
