Never again
A four star hotel ..no way Louse breakfast with instant coffee and cold eggs and bacon made for hours ago Cater for Asians and nothing wrong with that but as a western not good enough .nice and friendly staff .But on my four days I got my room made once . Guess the attendants have way to much to do . And compare to sofitel nearby that's slightly dearer . Embarrassing

Facilities are a bit old. A little tray for putting the mobile phone is not available in the washroom. Room keepers did not refill the towels and the tea bags. I had to call the service desk to get them. The front desk allowed us to check out late but they did not extend the elevator privilege.

Lovely hotel, truly 4 star, amazing facilities, love the gym, the pool could be bigger. But the rooms were great and customer service too. Can't complain, definitely recommend.

A bit run down for a novotel, amenities not working properly. Convenient area though. The rain shower had jets shooting all directions. Including over the divider such that the mirror and sink area were soaked too. The function to divert rainshower to handheld shower was jammed. The air conditioning was so warm I had to call for servicing. They came quickly and removed a black and dirty filter, washed it and replaced it (seems like the hotel does not have regulsr maintenance). Some stains on the carpet as well.
