Jättebra service av hotellpersonalen, köket dock slarviga vid roomservice beställning då min flickvän (som är Thailändska beställde mat på Thai men fick ändå fel mat) rummen behöver ses över och soffor och kuddar bytas ut.

Very good in deed!
We had bought two nights in 1 bedroom suite with breakfast. Reception told they had a booking for Studio without breakfast. We needed to speak with a manager to get the breakfast and finally for the other night the 1 bedroom suite. Nice clean hotel with very good breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was situated long away from local transport. Not a big problem because taxi is so cheap in Bangkok.

Wer primär eine Unterkunft sucht, um von dort aus Bangkok zu durchstreifen, für den ist das Royal Suite Hotel vom Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis her durchaus empfehlenswert: Die Küchenzeile könnte für Selbstversorger etwas besser ausgerüstet sein - aber die Kleinigkeiten lassen sich schnell besorgen. Der Dachpool ist gepflegt und überraschenderweise still - trotz der vorbeiführenden Hochstraßen! EInkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt's zuhauf und mein persönliches Highlight: so gut wie keine Moskitos in der Ungebung! ;)))

非常差 又嘈吵 隔音差 過年家人給的紅包放在枕頭低都被偷了 每次出行都會給小費打掃的 這樣手腳不乾淨絕不會給 太差了體驗 大家不要來

Really tired interior and off customer service.
The Aircon only worked if we turned it off and back on again every hour or so, I had to wake up through the night to turn it back on. We were locked out of our room 1 hour before checkout and the staff said they could not issue a new key. Their solution was to send someone with us each time we needed to access the room, it was really awkward. There are appliances missing from the kitchen, where there was once a washing machine there's now just a big gap with visible plumbing, it's hidden in the photos behind the kitchen island.

The staff were all very welcoming and had good interactions. The hotel itself is a little off the beaten path and not one taxi driver I rode with knew where the hotel was. This was not a problem, thanks to Google maps. The noise from the nearby freeway often sounded like there was racing going on at 2:00 A.M. Breakfast hours were descent (6:00 to 10:00) but if you arrive later in the morning, the food in the buffet is cold, and definitely tastes as if it has been sitting for a while. Overall, it was a good stay for the price, and we did stay there for two weeks.

This is not a good location for tourist. No way to experience Bangkok without taking a cab miles away. The building is old and dirty. The AC unit was dirty and made us sick. This was our last 3 days in Thailand out of our two week stay. The dining area was the only postive experience out of the hotel stay. We will not return to this location in the future. The most expensive for the worst property.

私が泊まった部屋はエアコンも新しく快適な空調でした。 場所は繁華街には隣接してませんがタクシーや車で移動は高速道路に直ぐに乗れて早く出来ました。 約１年間で４回泊まってます。

杖歩行の高齢者同伴の為、中心部を探していたが、ホテル詳細にターミナル21まで無料シャトルバスがあると記載があったため、決め手になったが、実際は最寄りの駅までしか無料シャトルバスが出ていなく、自力で高齢者が電車を乗り継ぎ中心部まで行くのは大変だった。４日間滞在したが、半日しか外へ出ることがなく非常に残念だった。この誤った記載は問題にならないのか？ 元気なら中心部から離れているが、近所に地元のマーケットがあり、生活はしやすい。 料理はできそうで、包丁がないためできない。バンコクへ来るまでに一週間違うところにいた為、料理もしたかったが残念。洗濯機が部屋についているが、干す物がなく、フロントに尋ねると少量だが干す竿を貸してくれる。中高生２名と大人２名では足りない。洗剤は持参するといい。 プールやジムは大きくはないが、満足だった。毎回プール用タオルが用意されているのが良かった。 スタッフもフレンドリーで話やすかった。ミネラルウォーターが毎日用意してあり有難かった。 朝食は毎回少しずつ変わり、タイ料理も頂くことができるし十分美味しかった。 部屋もきれいでした。

A few issues. The Wi-Fi doesn't work in Building 3, which we found out once trying to log in. That's an issue. The lighting is also suspect in the rooms. It was a cheap rate, so we got what we paid for. However, the staff -- particularly Gem who helped us with our bags and lined up taxis -- was OUTSTANDING. He made our review be 3 out of 5, otherwise we would've noted 2 out of 5 in our review. The hotel was also nice in letting us keep our bags in storage for a while while we toured the city after check out. That should also be noted.

静かなところで快適です
アップグレードもあり良かったです。 エアコンの除湿機能が悪いのか部屋が湿気っぽい、じめじめするのが不快でした。タクシーの通りも多く高速道路にも直ぐに入れる場所なので車での移動は最適です。スタッフは親切に対応してくれるので分からないことが有っても安心でした。

Gutes Hotel, sauber und freundlich; S-Bahn oder Taxi Boot in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen... Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und werden tägl. gereinigt, der Pool auf dem Dach mit dem Fitnesscenter sind immer sauber...sehr gut zum relaxen! Leider ist das Restaurant nicht zu empfehlen (für die Qualität zu teuer!)... ich nehme an, durch die Pandemie wurde hier zwangsgespart. Wir sind abends immer nach Sukhumvit gefahren (20 min.) und dort in eines der Lokale zum essen! Ansonsten ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen... immer wieder gern! 👍

Hotel is good but not the location
Check in process was very lengthy and lots of mosquitoes in the lobby creates my family very uneasy in the midnight. The guy at the reception was very lazy and deal with a group of people all the time. Hotel room is quite comfortable but service is not that good and hard to get a grap taxi due to hotel location.

大変良かった、電車の駅まで徒歩で15分.空港にも行けるー‼️2回乗り換えで、繁華街にも昼間だったら、タクシーで、asokから、85btだったー‼️電車乗り継ぎは、通勤の時は混むけど車は、停滞するから電車乗り継ぎで、行くのがオススメですが、 、、‼️

gutes Hotel, aber zu weit weg
Das Hotel ist schön angelegt, großer pool, große, gut ausgestattete Zimmer ( wir hatten eine Suite), hervorragendes Frühstück und immer hilfsbereites Personal Dazu noch relativ preiswert, also eine super Gelegenheit um BKK zu besuchen. Die Schwierigkeit ist, dass das Hotel sehr weit abliegt und nur mit Taxi erreichbar ist. Zum Skytrain braucht man eine halbe Std. und steht ewig im Stau. wer in die Innenstadt möchte, ist mind. 1 Std unterwegs.

This place is really too far away from train station. We enquiry about the free shuttle to train station from receptionist on Friday night and ask if tomorrow we need to register for the space, she told us not require and just wait at lobby at 11pm. the next morning, we were told it is not operating on Saturday and Sunday. Disappointed with the receptionist.

交通不便,距離最近的機鐵站也要步行15-20分鐘,附近有一些食店,也有一個小型街市,和7-11,但要出入景點就比較不便了。 房間算是很大,設備也齊全.這房價是可以接受的。

Bath tub said to be jetted but it isn't. Room has insufficient lighting. Sauna was out of order. room has no safe to store valuables. Washing machine was not easy to use And also did not drain the water after it was done washing.

Good peaceful hotel
Only downside of this hotel is the location. You will need to take taxi or other transportation to get closer to attractions. ( not too costly though, taxi with a meter on took under 100bht to sukhumvit where all the attractions are) Having said that, the hotel itself was wonderful. Specially the staff is worth to book a room there. Helpful, nice people making your stay as good as possible. The pool on the roof was also nice experience.
