Great, off the beaten path location, serene location and sea view, and a hostess that you just want to sit with and have coffee and home made cookies. Our room was cozy, clean and quiet - great view of the thick forest behind it. ”

“I went by this place 5 years ago on another trip and said to myself cool, I’m staying there the next time. I was not disappointed! The breakfast’s were so unique, delicious and Anna serviced them up hot with a smile. Oh people say it’s too far from town, soooo! You just drive down to the visitor center at Hull’s Cove pay to park, it’s good for a week, and take the Island Explorer bus to downtown or other stops. I definitely will stay at Coach Stop Inn again wonderful experience!”

“This is an awesome B&B in a great location, away from all the main crowds of Bar Harbor, but close enough you can walk to everything. The hosts are great and helpful with suggestions of fun things to do and places to eat. I can see why it is always booked out and hard to get a room here. My only criticism, if you are a big guy like me or have a hard time getting around, maybe don't get a room on the third floor, the stairs make it a tight fit getting up there. “This is a beautifully restored Victorian mansion. Andrew was a great host. It has a good location within east walking distance to restaurants, shops and attractions. The breakfasts are delicious. ”

“The property is rustic but nice. There is a bathroom with shower on 1st and 2nd floor but the water pressure in the house does not sustain use of both at the same time. The main kitchen refrigerator was not working during our stay. There are minifridges on the 2nd and 3rd floor but it would have been nice to have working main floor fridge.”

“Hanscom’s was a wonderful, clean and charming high-end motel right outside downtown Bar Harbor. The room was new and clean, and we really enjoyed our stay!!”

“The home was perfect for myself, husband and adult son. This home has a large kitchen and the most well stocked rental I have ever stayed at. The living room had plenty of comfortable furniture for all of us to relax on. Beds were comfortable and the entire rental was clean. Super close to the national park, less than 10 minutes. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again if we travel back to Bar Harbor Maine.”

“I was very pleased with this vacation rental. The location is great. It is tucked away in the woodlands, but it is only a short drive away from Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. It is cozy and comfortable, especially after a long day of hiking in the surrounding area. I enjoyed sitting outside and soaking up the late afternoon sun on the outdoor patio. The owners are very friendly and easy to contact. As advertised, there are no cooking amenities, but there are plenty of great eating...
