Hello Teresa,Thanks for your feedback.Im sorry to see your experience with us was not as positive as we would have liked. We have different room types, somo of them with balcony, but you reserved a standard one and these room have just a window.All our rooms are designed to take advantage of the daylight and thats why the bathroom is open plan. But if you want privacy there is a full glass wall looking out to the sea with an electric blackout blind so you can adjust your privacy/lighting as needed. And there is also a door that you can close to have two different and completely private spaces. We regret that your experience was not completely positive in our hotel; we do our best every day to give the best service and facilities to our guests.All our rooms have a minibar that is free and that our team restocke every day. There is no coffee facilities in room, but you can take a coffee, tea, or whatever you prefer in our bar or even order it to our room service.Regarding ironing, we do not have irons for security reasons but we do have a laundry service available.
