jesus, usted esta escribendo una review totalmente engañosa y llena de mala fee. Tasa turistica y hostal fees estan bien publicada en el sito de expedia y hotels y todos los clientes cuando llegan lo pagan sin esitar....pero usted penaba que no lo pedivamos.ademas su habitacion no ha sido limpiata, de proposito ya que tenevais toda la ropa en el suelo, en mal condiciones, cuando la habitacion tiene un armario muy muy comodo ( se pueden ver las fotos). La habitacion es interior y usted con 100 euro al dia no puede pedir mas en barcelona, de otra manera si quiere un hotel tiene que pagar 200 euro al dia, y usted no tiene tanto dinero.un saludo

Estimada Carmenza, lo sentimos mucho que Usted no ha sabido elegir bien el hostal. Pues ha querido reservar en nuestro hostal pagando en tres personas 80 euro al dia incluido desayuno, y pretendia un hotel a 3 estrellas. Pues un Hotel a 3 etrella en Barcelona en el año 2022 costa como minimo 200 euro sin desayuno, Ademas usted es la unica que se ha quejado de nuestro muy muy rico desayuno que vendemos al publico de la calle por 10 euro a persona. Usted no ha leido in ningun momento como funciona nuestro Hostal y no hay ni un hostal que cambia las sabanas...y si solo usted comunicava con el personal, pues habia podido hacer uno esfuerzo. ...que tenga buenos dias

Gentile Stefania, consideriamo sempre i giudizi degli ospiti e accetto volentieri la critica delle lenzuola e coperte, e per questo abbiamo preso immediatamente procedimento verso la Cameriera delle camere. Mentre il resto in assoluto avete ragione: siamo un hostal e la superficie della camera é ben descritta come le stesse foto dimostrano; le asciugarmi è pubblicato chiaramente che si pagano ed é stata vostra decisione di usar 2 asciugamani tutto il soggiorno. La nostra proprietà é publicará come Turismo sostenible in aiuto all ambiente e per questo ogni stanza ha 80 litri di acqua calda e non é possibile che una coppia giovane come voi non sia riuscita a ottimizzare il suo uso. Forse la próxima volta sarebbe meglio che invece di pagare 80 euro a notte con colazione inclusa, andiate in un hotel 3 stelle e pagate 160 euro a notte, così avrete tutte le comodità. In ogni caso é giusto delle lenzuola e delle coperte e questo non si ripeterà

You arrived after check in time when the hostal was closed and we acept you just because we like to be lovely. The check in online is obligatory but us you are really arrongant ( that is the opinion of the receptinist) you did not make check in online. About wrong room, was just a missunderstanding and the error has been fied in 2 minutes. we hope next time you go to sleep in hotel and not in hostal

Gentile Antonina, lei e' libera di scrivere la sua opinione visto che siamo in un era democratica. Pero noi abbiamo lo stesso diritto. La nostra esperienza verso lei come ospite s' stata Zero. Perche zero? perche avete trattato male il personale ( se non avete visto le tasse non e' colpa nostra e la lamentela va rivolta a hotels.com); vi aspettavate un Hotel a 3 stelle...ci scusi ma siamo un Hostal con 1 stella e con i prezzi piu bassi del centro di Barcelona. Abbiamo una valorazione dei clienti di 7,8 nella pulizia e neanche questo ci avete dato; diamo una colazione super abbondante che ha un valore di 10 euro a persona e neache questo ci avete gradito....prossima volta dovrebbe sganciare i soldi e prenotare un hotel a 3 stelle ma oggi come oggi non gli bastano 200 euro al giorno
