The pool was always dirty and the back to the ocean smelled very bad, the back was where the people that would sell food cooked and I guess that’s where they would also throw away there garbage but it made the back of the property smell bad, and every night a lot of prostitutes would hang around that spot. But the condo was very nice unfortunately it has these problems. ”

“There is a lot to say about this property. I will try to be comprehensive. The positives far out weigh the negatives. It is large and fairly modern. The views are stunning and the location is great for going to the beach. Prior to booking it i read all of the reviews. I found some of the same issues listed when I arrived. Before I go into them let me preface this by saying that I was able to fix almost all of them easily without having building maintenance get involved. For example the worst...

“We could not have been more pleased with this charming apartment in Cartagena from the original art to the stunning view from the balcony, comfortable beds, air conditioned bedrooms and the ground floor pool. It was delightful. We stayed mid-January to mid-March with temps between 85 and 90 degrees and high humidity. Multiple ceiling fans and and open layout with balmy breezes was a daily plus. “I booked this apartment because it had laundry facilities. It did not. Also, my guests arrived after 10 PM and weren’t allowed to check in. That was very frustrating. One of my guests arrived at 10:13 PM and they wouldn’t allow the guest to check in. The guest was stuck in traffic.”
