“Even though summer had come early with very hot weather the pool was emty. That was no good guestservice and we were very disappointed. The staff at the reception was behind glass like a bank and the breakfast area was locked. In the morning you had to get a coupong for the breakfast and there was a man collected the coupong by the door. In the area with fontaine there was a few people sounded load and seems to have had been drinking to much. The hole area gav a feeling of unsecurity. ”

“This was the cleanest, best hotel we have stayed in in quite awhile! We've stayed at higher end hotels and haven't had near the positive experience that we had here! Everything was so clean, breakfast was excellent, especially for a hotel breakfast!, pool was great, we had plenty of room in our king suite, and the staff was so friendly and helpful! We loved the later 12pm checkout so we didn't have to rush in the morning. We will absolutely stay here again if we need a hotel in the area again!”

“The hotel was under renovations when we went and for it being under Reno, they kept it organized and clean. Overall comfortable, the buffet was lacking (but we also got there rather late.) the food was good though! “Appreciated the option for multiple bedrooms, stayed for a basketball tournament in KC. HUsband and kids are 6'5" and up and is nice to have Queen size options for the whole family. Also two bathrooms made it nice. Washer/Dryer in the unit was absolutely fantastic to get uniforms washed up. Will stay again when game schedule requires overnights in KC area. Clean, comfortable, went to Italian restaurant for dinner and breakfast at Ihop. Husband did not like the mattress, but I did not mind...

“The stay overall was okay. The bed was not the most comfortable I’ve slept on but it was a bed and it was clean! The hot tub was not even warm and the pool was ice cold Which was a drag beings that they’re indoor and we were all really looking forward to the hot tub and when I told the front desk associate he just kind of shrugged it off and said “can’t do anything until morning when his boss get in” but other than that the breakfast was incredible and it was literally minutes from the speedway...
