“Our experience with this condo was 10 stars. The host, Amy, had excellent communication and went out of her way to help us extend our stay when our dates changed. The unit is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and beds and has a well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed, lots of extras, a beautiful view from the balcony, and quick, easy access to the beach. “I cannot say enough about this property. From the booking to the check out - everything was perfect. Donna was quick to supply any and all information needed to make our stay perfect. When we arrived, the unit was clean and neat and everything was just as described. We immediately put our things down that we bought and walked out to the back porch (although I am not sure you could call it that - it was just an extension of the living area) and sat in the chairs and admired the view which was...

“Our weekend beach getaway was made even better by our stay here. The condo was even better than the pictures made it to be. The enclosed patio made the perfect space to enjoy sunsets over the ocean. Having a private sand trail just steps away to the beach was an added bonus. The space is well stocked for making family meals and the washer and dryer was a great bonus. There is road construction taking place all around but it did not interfere with our stay. Definitely a 10/10 experience.”

“This top and bottom apartment is an excellent cozy getaway right next to the ocean. Paired with a cool pool adds cherry on top. I had a great time staying here for a couple days soaking in the sun and the ocean. The apartment was clean and very well laid out. Having one and half bath was also very convenient. Situated in a quiet part of Jacksonville Beach, this location cannot be beat. I will be back again very soon.”

“The property was exactly as described and was absolutely perfect!! I was in town to watch my daughter run at UNF and the location was perfect. Easy access to the University and even better…right on the beach. Beach access was super easy and very close to the pier and restaurants and parking. Condo comes with 2 beach towels and chairs and some beach toys. The condo itself was fantastic. Yes, it’s small with a Murphy bed and pullout but the Murphy bed is super comfortable and was perfect for me....
