I have stayed at the Bedford, N.H. Hampton Inn numerous times. Typically it is a pleasant stay. Much of this experience I base on the brief interaction with staff at check-in. On this visit, however, it was a tad below what I have come to look forward to. My check-in person was impersonal and sullen. You might not think it's a big deal but a warm and friendly welcome, maybe even with a smile, is a nice touch to a weary traveler checking in.
