The bathrooms are not clean, there are some black marks on the bathroom floor. The staff is not helpful at all. When I ask where my package is, they reply go to the storage room and look for yourself. When I can't find it, and show them there is a delivery message and a staff has assigned and received, then a staff says, 'Oh, there is a package here, but there is no name'. There is a name there, just in English. Most of the staff are not friendly at all, and will never stay here again.

base-wangfujing was a fantastic "base" for our stay in Beijing. Easy access to the Subway and with lots of restaurants and bars - both traditional and contemporary - within easy walking distance. Easy walking distance to many of the main sties of central Beijing - Tian'anmen Square, Forbidden City, BeiHai park and the intriguing maze of hustings around NanLuoGuXiang. The nearby Longfusi place and Dong The room was modern and spotlessly clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I would use base again on a return to Beijing and certainly look at their other properties around China,

Llegue en metro desde el aeropuerto a la estación de tren del hotel, hay que caminar un poco pero nada complicado. Hay dos estaciones de tren relativamente cerca, el personal fue amable todo el tiempo me ayudaron hacer una reservación para ir a la plaza central. Lo único que recomiendo es colocar utensilios de cocina porque no hay. Si lo recomiendo 👍! El acceso al metro fue fácil y fácil de llegar a todos mis destinos.

No Hand Towels for bathing, Not enough utensils for eating, not enough plates, bowls or cups or glasses, no pots for cooking, no utensils for cooking even though there was a hotplate. TV Had USB compatibilities but did not work even when their engineer came to find out why it did not work. Plenty of places to eat, buy groceries only a short 5-10 minute walk away.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom unit, which is perfect for a family. The staff was helpful. The location is convenient, walking distance to subway, bus stop and restaurant.

Excellent vacation stay for 5 nights
Very surprising awesome hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, room is clean with kitchen facility. Hotel is walking distance to some local foods, supermarket and train station. Specially mention that the staff help me to collect a birthday cake delivery and help to deliver to my room upon request for my wife’s birthday surprise.. very helpful staff and hotel. And basement have coffee machine, kitchen, pool table, some tables for meetings if you need. Will definitely stay here again in the future
